W/A doesn't get Critical Strikes, it's primary. W/A can get pretty good though, although they're generally better in PvP than PvE. Hammer or axe + a nice shadow step skill is probably the way to go.

If you are a primary warrior you cannot put points into Critical Strikes. Furthermore, by investing in tactics unnecasserily pulls points away from your more important skills - strength and dagger mastery.
Even if you invest solely in Str and Dmastery, you will still be gimped because as a warrior you will NOT have the energy to keep attacking with dagger skills, you would be far better just making a sin or using adrenaline skills and an axe/sword/hammer. Sorry!

Theres a W/A Warriors Endurance build on PvX that uses daggers, and can really kick out the pressure.

you can also take advantage of the warrior's stonefist insignia to increase the length of knockdowns. Flourish is a great skill when it comes to warriors with daggers, gives u the required energy management plus it recharges your attack chain. Also, weapon swapping can be a very nice tactic, use hammer bash even with 3 hammery master for a free and quick recharging knockdown to start a deadly dagger chain. Hammer bash recharges very quickly using daggers because of their quick attack speed.

A few points:
1. Tactics isn't that great overall. Stick to strength unless you are using a specific farming build.
2. You can use a W/A warrior's endurance dagger build if you have proph. However you can't use any elite attack skills like a DB/MS chain.
3. 4 stats is generally considered too spread out. Three is the most you want to put points into in most cases.
4. Since you are just starting out, stick to warrior skills. You might want to use dash or distrupting dagger as an interrupt, but that's it.

'dont go W/A' is really bad advice.
A warrior with daggers is a horrible idea, though.
Assassins have several skills that warriors can use and enjoy; just because you go /A doesnt mean you need to put daggers on.
Iron Palm (a personal favorite), Death's Charge (for the shadowstep, not the heal, dont worry about points), Dash, Dark escape, mirrored stance, syphon speed, Disrupting dagger, Augury of death, unseen fury, and more than a few others are great skills for a warrior to have. Look through the entire list of sin skills, ignore any dagger attacks, and anything that costs over 5 energy, and youre likely to find several things that make a warrior go...oooooohh.
Not saying load a bar up with these, far from it; If you have more than 2 sin skills on your bar you need to switch to sin.
but /A is a great way to go. Better than most wammos can manage, and some are better than the conjure or shock builds.

W/A can be a fun combo to play. I usually only go W/A if I am in an area where getting to priority targets is difficult so that I can slot a Shadowstep to jump to them.

A Warrior with daggers is not a "horrible idea". It's not as effective as other options, though. The dagger idea is most effective in PvP. Your best bet when going W/A would be to use the shadow arts line. Use skills like Shadow Refuge for a decent heal + regeneration, or Death's Charge for a quick shadowstep and heal... It really depends on what you are looking for specifically.

Wasnt there a very tricky W/A Build for Pvp that required you switching between hammer and aggers repeatidly?

Hammer bash > Falling Lotus --> Horns of the Ox --> Crushing blow
Something like that
I see hammer bash sins in RA and such but in theory it's possible on warrior as well.

Warriors get the advantage of having a plus one kd second because of the insignia. If you didnt notice with a backbreaker sin you only need 3 seconds to pull off the spike. You can do this with just using hammer bash which only takes 6 adrenaline. The build is quite similar to backbreaker sin.
same rules apply daggers in first slot hammer in second slot hit the escape key and F1 for dagger switch.
Attributes 14 strength, 9 hammer, and 11 dagger mastery. Please make sure to have the +1kd insignia or the build is impossible to pull off.
1. enraging charge
2. flurry/flail/tiger stance/frenzy your choice on speed buff
3. hammer bash
4. falling lotus
5. twisted fangs
6. falling spider
7. blades of steel
8. flourish
This build can do superb damage for example running frenzy you can pull off 900 damage in 10 seconds along with with a deepwound which sorta makes it 1000 damage in all. This is after you run the spike and use flourish and do the spike again. There is also the degen which is very nice aswell. The chain does 6 hits of adrenaline enabling hammer bash to be recharged when you finish the chain spike ,and then you use flourish to recharge your skills for another spike. I recommend you use zealius daggers unless you have alot of energy on your warrior. The minimum requirement 22 energy(using zelious daggers).
This build is awesome for Fortaspenwood you just bounce around killing things in sight. There is no spot for a rez, healing, condition or blocking so thats the downfall; however, you can deal massive damage or get screwed over. It is basically a gamble if you're a daredevil.
I have other builds that are unique in there own ways ,but this is the fun one that feels like you're bull dozing over everybody.

I used to like You're All Alone with signet of malice. You could take a few points in tactics for heal sig if you want symbolic, and maybe a shadow step. That was fun in RA, VS all those running jerks or guys who try and tank with enchants if you make room for expunge.
I bet you could get good use out of signet of deadly corruption in PvE. Multiple conditions aren't hard to apply there, and 130 armor ignoring damage could be fun.

My Warrior would say this, lol!
Anyways...
Most of the time my Warrior is too pumped on Strength + Weapon Mastery to really use his secondary much, but like I said before, slotting a Shadowstep can help at times. I imagine the enemy AI backline pointing and laughing at my Warrior after he's hit with a snare, then screaming in terror when they realize he just Shadowstepped with a full charge of Adrenaline and they know without the shadow of a doubt that they are about to get spiked.
Warm fuzzy feelings of spreading death and destruction.
